Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

Mothers experience amazing transformations during pregnancy. As a mother myself, I understand and appreciate the stress and strain each woman experiences. Massage therapy during pregnancy is a healthy way to reduce stress, alleviate discomfort, and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during and after pregnancy, such as alignment issues, cramps, headaches, and swelling. In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress, helps to relax nervous tension, aids in better sleep, and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.
